The Den Deen Property Group is a registered Estate Agency, owned by Gielen Erasmus Beleggings Cc, of which Willem Pieter Erasmus is the Principal.

The “Den Deen” name is derived from the Erasmus progenitor Peter Rasmus (aka Rasmus Pieterz) also known as Pieter (Den Deen) Erasmus, who arrived at the Cape around 1700, and was presumed to be from Scandinavian roots.

Through the “Den Deen” name, we give tribute to our heritage, family values of loyalty and honesty, while at the same time rendering a specialised service because of our qualifications and experience..

Willem Erasmus who has been in the property industry since 1997, and he has been involved with Millions of Rands worth of property sales. He specialises in the sale of residential and income properties, as well as development sales.

He holds the qualifications BLC.LLB (UP) and is a registered constituent NQF 4 & 5 Assessor and Moderator.
